SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Vibrant Vibes Ink ships all orders using USPS, shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Rates are based on the location, weight, and dimensions of the package. The total shipping amount charged includes insurance, and tracking number, Once your order has shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email used on the order. International Shipping and handling rate start at $65.00 and up, depending on the package weight and dimensions.

Orders require 3-7 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. We aim to PROCESS all orders within 24-48 business hours of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example, inclement weather, or the product that you desire is on "backorder", we will email you as soon as we receive the order to advise you of the delay. If you receive an email stating that your selection is on “backorder” Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

EXPRESS, SAME DAY & OVERNIGHT Shipping
For Express, Same day or Overnight shipping option will appear at checkout. If the option is not available you may contact us directly to arrange to express shipping.

A signature will be required upon delivery for all orders over $300.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
We highly recommend that you do your own research on the product of interest before purchasing. If you're utterly dissatisfied with our product upon arrival or if you have questions about your purchase please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to offer EXCHANGES ONLY, depending on your order. Not all items are eligible for an exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If we agree on an exchange, the item/items to be exchanged must be post-marked within 2-3 business days from the purchase date and, in their original package unaltered or open. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be intact. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used/ altered ( broken seal, stains, tried on ) in any way. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best products.
We pride ourselves on customer service and we strive to represent all of our items most honestly and accurately possible.
